Yes it is. Our grandest cathedral is C of E though.

Funny to think you have C of E out there, cos I speak with folks from all over the globe on here and C of E is a bit alien to them.
Of course you would have.

How old is your grand C of E cathedral.

The C of E cathedral is called St Johns and you can google it. I think it was started about 1900 and finished around 2000. I like it as a building and I think it looks particularly good in front of the larger modern buildings around it. The subject of the photo is St Stevens. You never know about churches though. I always assumed that St Patricks in Dublin was catholic. Can you imagine my surprise when I found out it was Church of Ireland and I didn't even know that was a thing.

I googled.
Yes you are more or less right with the dates. I read it in wiki, interesting stuff.
Lol yeah, shouldn't assume anything...

I went to Greece once and stepped inside an orthdox church. A brick building of no particular note but inside it was full of siches and relics, it was mind blowing.
It was explained to me later that many buildings and churches had been flattened by an earthquake in the 50's and that's why there's nothing old there and they look boring, but what relics were saved were reinstalled and why they are so special inside.

Ooops I rambled.
I'm not sure if I knew there was a church of Ireland either.. (I do now...)
