Kingdom Hearts II in a nutshell? ...uhm....
Okay! There's a guy named Sora. He travels across the universe with Disney's Donald and Goofy (xDDD) and is overall, trying to figure out why this uh... organization, called Organization 13, is doing all this really horrible stuff to the worlds he visits in the... universe. Sora's also trying to find his friend Riku. But, I don't care about Riku. xP
That's the really, really basic plot. Basics of the basics. O_O

I think that you should really finish FFX-2 also... o.O. But, that's my biased opinion, because it's my favorite Final Fantasy game... the only one I could finish without resort to uh... the unholy cheating... which I don't do often... but... yeah.
