I've never seen a depiction of bilbo's house with a vegetable garden, and i figured, with what eaters hobbits are, they would all have vegetable gardens, especially someone of bilbos stature!I do not own any of the lord of the rings trademark products, this is for a warnerbrothers contest.

I didnt actually do it with any of his stuff in mind, though i have seen his work. This is entirely from my head, except for tolkiens very brief description of bag end in the book "the hobbit". The only thing he tells you about Bag end (the outside), is that there is a big green round door, gandalf has etched ruins for the dwarves to see, there is a gold knocker, and a bell which the dwarves ring before they are greeted by bilbo. the rest i have taken as artistic freedom of what i think bag end would look like. I didnt use any of David's stuff for reference

That's amazing! I love those books so much. You did a beautiful job! I know you didn't imitate Mr. Wenzel, but your work reminds me of his just because you're both very talented and detail oriented : ) It looks great! You did a really wonderful job!
