Just a little something I drew up today since I have drawn very little art of Hiro since his creation (I somehow burn through brown markers with no clear reason why...). Tied with ropes and unable to defend himself, Hiro is tickled by what seems to be makeshift and primitive tickling tools. Hey, if they work, why not use them? Hiro is proof enough that they are indeed working... xD
