Going back to my first try at this, since i guess im soooooooooooooooo great i always knock it out of the park the first time ETC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tiara Boobowski is a scrapped character who was going to be in the game sonic x-treme which never was able to be completed. She's a manx cat, so she doesn't have a tail. She's supposed to be sassy and fiesty and sonic's counterpart or whatever. Apparently, her favorite words are like, "bitchin'!" and "what's the soup" or something and she smokes according to her myspace, which i still think is really funny for some reason lol

She has several designs, her creator's favorite is the one with a ribbon and a red two part outfit over bike shorts. The final design was sassier looking and had just a tube top and, like, skinny jeans and sneakers, which bugs me because YOU CANT REALLY RUN IN JEANS!!!!!! even though hedgehogs cant really run at all, etc, etc.

I like the ribbon + two part outfit one too, I think it's more with the style, so I based my design on that one, considering it like a classic design or something. However, she happens to look a bit like sally wearing amy's clothes. In the past I tried to take advantage of this, but that is dumb!! sally should be sally and tiara should be tiara!!

Anyway, to distinguish her from Amy and others, I changed the design of her shoes slightly and added a tiara with ribbon and a cape. I also changed her fur pattern. I had her with a white mouth and orange body before, but I tried giving her tan fur this time. I basically took the colors from her concept art instead of eyeballing them lol. She looked "shaved" to me until i broke up her face mask with a blaze on her nose, so hopefully that looks better. I made her legs brown with a tan spot to look like ripped skinny jeans (to resemble her final design) or tights, but they could also be half and half to look like bike shorts too. I gave her some cowlicks too

Her powers in the game had to do with the "power scepter" and the rings of order. She basically has a magic wand that lets her do elemental attacks. So, I thought I would make her look a bit like a wizard or witch or maybe even a little bit of magical girl or whatever. I gave her pointed shoes and a cape to assist this. Anyway, my thought was that as you collect the rings of order in the game, you get different elemental powers that you can use to traverse new areas and also use when backtracking through earlier levels to find hidden stuff. You start with "light" and add others as you progress. You can switch between them quickly to have fun beating enemies up with all kinds of magic.

Switching powers changes your whole outfit to help you remember what you have equipped since it might be hard to see the tip of your wand. The cape makes it even easier to tell from behind, since I thought her ponytail might block the view in some angles or something. The capes probably have designs on the back. The flame cape has an animated texture and the void cape sparkles on the back most likely, maybe the front too but i didnt draw it.

IF there is a lot of purple, its because i like the color purple

and i didnt reference that filler breaker but i should have, ick lol
