1) Yes, and you're welcome!

2) I know it's easy, but it takes time and it is kidnd of different from straight out drawing. That's why I have to "learn"...

well the advice i can give is to always sketch your pixels, and get them as clean as possible
i normally start out on a 150 x 150 pixel canvas and draw my sketch so it fits the canvas evenly, and then i shrink the canvas resolution to 50x50 and begin doing the lineart
after that, it's basic coloring and other effects! then i'm done :>

sometimes i look at other people's pixel art for inspiration and new ideas, which always helps
