I like this branding. Is the Rosetta logo hand illustrated/drawn, or adapted from an existing font?
The font style of rosetta was very important to set to entire FEEL of the brand, which tells me Informal, Laid-back, but also Energizing. Not capitalizing the R made it less formal and more casual in feel. Going from smaller to larger, from the 'r' to the 'a,' gives it a feel of expansion/growing, which automatically gives it dynamic anergy. Putting it on an arch makes it informal and more relaxed, but also very energetic. The underlining of rosetta gives it an Exclamation, which also adds energy.
For the product, I think this is an excellent branding. Great work.
Too often, Designers create logos that are not very legible and do not set a FEEL or mood for the brand.

So simple that I like it.
I'd change nothing - but if I had to say something I'd try to turn the O in the logo into sort of a bean form or the A into some sort of coffee cup.
