Roko Chibi, yey~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The staff/weapon thing he carries on his rare occations out into the world has a vat of toxic liquid attatched to it. The vat has slots on it where the little casings (Ex. on the staff, on his shoes, on his belt) are inserted to take out the toxic poison. These can be thrown onto enemies or inserted into other such weapons that Roko has invented (Think the one medic gun from TF2 where you rapidly shoot tranquilizers, etc, etc), or he can simply open the vat up and poison the surrounding air.
