when you close your eyes, u have to really use your senses. smell, feel, taste, and listen-- then visualize, not through your eyes, but through your mind. if you concentrate this exercise, suddenly everything around you feels even more real, more tangible, more vivid-- its a feeling of being omniscience. the slightest droplet from the tip of a leaf will catch your attention.
