Nice art, though defining that as Victorian is rather... loose, I suppose. I could give you a history lesson in the clothing of the time but I suppose if you've gone with modern, anime version of "victorian" then you probably aren't all that interested in accuracy.

Victorian dresses were never that short. It wasn't until the 20th century that girls EVER wore dresses that ended higher than their ankles. That's the major thing that's bothering me because it was such a society no-no that NO ONE went against it. Cleavage was one thing, ankles was just completely inappropriate and scandalous, haha.
As for the hair, as well, pigtails weren't in so far as I have researched. Lots of other elaborate hairdos, though.
I'm finished. Really, it's great art, I love the shading and the clock looks awesome and I actually do like the clothes but historical inaccuracies, grr. Sorry, OCD moment there, lol.
