I find it funny how I'm not the only one to notice this, but I like that you made the face more human-like than dog or catlike. It's both cute and somehow intelligent looking at the same time.

It seems so fragile and deffiantly is adorable. I love the background just as much as the vaporeon, it looks so much like water! The eyes are particulary capitvating!

Aside from the adorable pose and amazing coloration, the human-like quality of the face is one of the first things that struck me. It's not a bad thing- The Vaporeon looks cognizant and contemplative as a result, not just cute.
