A cat with hooves (if I'm seeing this right^^) is a very cool and unique a design. You integrated the qualities of two animals in one very well! The hooves look as if they were always a part of the cat - it doesn't look odd - they look right at home as the cat's feet
I like the sharp contrast from the darkest to the lightest areas and the varying brownish grey colors in the darker areas. The colors, background and lighting help give the impression that the floating lights are not normal. The lines in the background have an extra wormhole effect that adds to the almost supernatural feel of the glowing lights.
I'm no expert with anatomy - especially that of animals - but the foreleg looks a bit odd to me because of how the shoulder is drawn. The rest look fine, so I could be wrong about how it looks.
One other tip: Since the lights are also a light source, there should be light bouncing off of the cat's face and forelegs as well.
This is a very nice piece! Keep up the great work!

Hey! I'm here from ProjectComment and also because I'm a cat lover so I LOVE THIS. 

Cats are something as my weakness. This is lovely, her (it's a her, right?) fur is gorgeous, you're obviously used to draw animals because I could never do something as great as this. The cat's anatomy is nicely done eventhough this could be a difficult pose, and I think the markings on the back are awesome. The background is amazing as well. I don't know how you've done it, but good job!

If I had to suggest you something to improve I would say the shading. You've choosen a light source but then the shadows you've painted are soft. You could get a lot darker in order to add depth to the drawing and that way you could make the character "pop" out the paper. But overall I love this piece and you've done an amazing job. Keep working hard!

I must say, I love this picture - it looks great and you've been able to include such an amazing amount of detail into the fur! The shadows are pretty much spot-on and the perspective is great! I particularly like the angle you've chosen too, quite innovative and different - I like it. You've hit the anatomy right on the head and I wouldn't change a thing there. You've created a great style for yourself.  

I noticed you mentioned the details on the back? I personally like them. I think they're very unique and I think they look great.  

I don't have very much criticism for this piece - I like it a lot!
I don't know how I feel about the background, although it does effectively add a sense of movement and realism to the piece.

I love the inclusion of the two white light dots by the way, great touch!

Looks pretty cool, very active! I think the anatomy of the cat is very good, and the markings look well done! The shading also looks really well done; it brings the fur across well. 
For the speedlines, perhaps you had more depth in mind? I think if the lines were to become thicker the closer they are to the edge of the image you'd achieve that depth. other than that I think the action lines look really smooth. Also I'd suggest making the horizon slanted for a more active effect, because now it feels a little lacking. 
All in all though, I find this a good piece of art
