Description I was playing with variables in Flash and came up with this.
Visit Mel, then come back to this deviation and he'll remember who you are!

My hard drive exploded a while ago so I've lost the source code, but I'm sure if you Google "saving variables locally in flash" or something you'll find it.

Did you use a tutorial for this? If you know of any literature on that kind of coding or what ever it was you did to make it remember the IP adress (or what ever it actually remembers) I'd really like to know. I'm quite impressed

I stumbled upon a tutorial on Newgrounds [link] that teaches you how to save variables, like being able to save a game or something. So I started playing with that and sculpted it into this.
I don't think it has anything to do with the IP address because it doesn't remember what you told him here over on NG.

Get a new computer for each one, keep them all in your house, assign one to each relative, and make Mel remember all your relatives on their respective computer.

My parents are Indian. Which means I have more relatives than I can count. My dad has 7 siblings, and most of them have grandkids. Oof. Don't think I can afford all that.

Plus, I would remember the names, but not who they belonged to. xD Unless I stuck photos of the person's face on each computer or something.
