No, they are a watermark so to speak.
So the icons don't get ripped.

Yeah, logo looks more like "Don" then "iKon" That needs some work.

Either way, layout looks nice. Very slick looking grey gradients.

This theme is coming along great, maybe the best from from you yet. I will def. be using this for some time. I personally don't like the logo (the design itself). Any idea of the release date? Adios!

Your themes keep getting better than the one before it!

In regards to your logo, the vertical lines are thinner than the diagonal ones, which makes it look a little off. Maybe some curves around the edges to make 'em look more in place with the iPhone would help also.
