Totally forgot to upload this!My impression of an old telescope, used to gaze upon the beautiful nighttime sky. I think, as all the things done by ponies, there surely is one of them very passionate about building telescopes. So it seemed only natural to add some images and ornaments.

Love it when people design pony objects that don't necessarily require ponies' presence in the picture. I always want to see more of such.
I really like the texturing details on the rim of the lens frame, all that wear and dust/patina. And those ornaments on the first segment are just lovely. Well done!

As this is a picture for our boardgame, you can expect much more artworks like this to come. I create them for the Item-Cards
The items reach from "Saddlebag with Apples" to tomes, lanterns, horseshoes, etc. ... and I want to give every little object the details it deserves. I image the things in Equestria to be made with love and care, as most of the ponies have very distinct fields of expertise (as seen in their cutie marks) in which they put their ambition. It seems only natural to me to think of a pony, really good with lenses, to put effort and love into every one of his/hers telecope they make.
