Death has plagued us once again
Tragic, yet inevitable
Another life taken away
This one, young and able
Sorrow hangs throughout the air
Faces are full of pain
Tears fall from eyes young and old
Their lives, forever stained
No one knows why this happened
Why his life was stolen away
We hope he's in a better place
So we bow our heads and pray
Friends and family gather round
Pray for this young man's soul
Everyone gather at his grave
His life the angels stole
Now he's looking down on us
With his wings he soars
His memory is resting in our hearts
And will be forever more
