Smoke awoke up in darkness, then quickly to hallway where he was last time when he inside his mindscape. He knew that he back in his mind. Smoke realized something was different. The hallway was darker then the last time he was here. Not only that they were more creaks around the floor and wall. As Smoke kept walk he came across the door that was lock the last time he was here.
The door was more creaked up then the hall. Some of the locks were broken, and the door locks wre bent.
When Smoke went to touch the door he heard a voices from the end of the hall.
“We are running out of time.”
“I know that! It was this close of taking him.”
Hearing the two voice arguing, Smoke quickly went down the hall not making any noise. When he reach the end of the hall. He saw two figure around the corner.
He recognized one of them from last time. He was talking to another figure who was tall almost two feet taller than the mysterious stranger.
“I don’t know if I can hold it back.” The stranger said in the most worry tone.
“I know, I don’t know why it so strong. Even if Shao Khan or Onaga did something with his heart. I think there something more bigger than this.” The seven foot figured said. It voice was deep but sounded almost like a female.
“I must go. My body is maturing again.”
“O.k. be safe.”
With that the figured vanish. The stranger then turn to Smoke direction.
“You can come out Tomas.”
Smoke blushed realizes they knew he was there the whole time. Smoke went out behind the pillar.
“Please, don’t use my real name. I don’t trust you enough to use it.” Smoke said he only let few people to allow to us his real name.
“You never did like anyone saying you real name.”
Smoke just rolled his eye “By the way, I can’t keep call you the stranger. What is your name? Since you know my.”
“Fair enough, my name is Kuki.” Kuki said
“Kuki? That a weird name.” Smoke said raising an eyebrow “It was my nickname as a kid. I’ll tell you my real name in due time.”
Smoke didn’t like answer he got but knowing force Kuki guy isn’t going to help him right now.
“About that, something tell me I don’t have much time left.” Smoke said as he pointed the door that was damage down the hall.
“I know. I and my… friend didn’t think it would be this bad.” Kuki said in a most serious tone
“And how many people are living in my head? And how long you guys been in here?!”
“There are only four of use including yourself. There me, my friend you just saw and …” Kuki turn toward the door that has deep growl coming from it.
“I want you to be careful Smoke, using your power and letting you emotion get to you can be a dangerous thing. The one good thing that the Lin Kuai did for you was help you control emotion for better or for worse. When you were young we let you use power to survive. But now that you are older and your harmony heart is getting more polluted. We don’t know how long we can keep it lock up.” Kuki stated.
Smoke was tired of this not knowing what happening to him.
“What is that thing?!I almost kill my best friend because of thing. “
“I want to say I really do, but I don’t know what will happen if you knew the truth, Also it not my right to tell. It a path you have to take, a path you have to walk alone.” Kuki said in sadden tone.
Smoke was going say something but the room was beginning to spin like last time.
“Tomas please be safe.” Was the last thing Smoke heard before a light engulf everything

Meanwhile, A Small group gather around the unconscious Smoke and Juki. Sub-Zero put small wet cloth on their head, hoping that will come the fever.
“I can’t believe it.” Raiden said which everyone turn to him when said this
“What do you mean lord Raiden?” Lui kang asked wondering what the lighting god meant
“She’ll can answer your question.” He said as Raiden pointed to Juki who getting up.
Juki woke up feeling tried and drain from teleport a ton of people at once. She noticed that everyone was surrounding her. She curse to herself knowing there was no running from this.
“What are you doing here Joki?” Raiden demanded
Juki eyes change red from Raiden saying her real name. Everyone was a little taken back by this.
“That not my name Raiden.” She hissed
“It doesn’t matter, what matter is what are doing here? Your kind is ban from leaving the realm you are resign in. Raiden said
“I didn’t have much of a choice. Beside, me leaving the realm is least of your problem.” Juki retorted. Raiden folded his arm then look at Smoke who was still unconscious.
“Or are you planning something?”
“That is nah of your business.”
“It is my business if it involve Earth realm. And now I know where your power resign.”
Juki glared at him, knowing what Raiden meant. Before she can retorted she heard groaning right next to her. She saw Smoke was getting up. He looked more drained then she was.
“T-Smoke are you ok?!” Juki quickly asked as she couldn’t hide her worries
“D-Don’t talk so loud. My head still…hurt Smoke said quietly. His head was still pounding.
“Where are we?” Smoke asked he can tell he wasn’t at arena anymore.
“Where are anyway?” Sub-zero finally spoke up. The group was also wondering that. The sky was purplish-grey. All the plant life look dead or black like there was no life in it. The water look so polluted that it make outworld’s water look cleaner. Even the sand was grey, they seem to be on beach like platform.
