Some whimsical comic that I thought of in the shower.Some Notes:
Panel 1: I tried to draw my parents, but apparently without great success. The only accurate part is probably their hairstyle.
Panel 2: Um... I tried. A more accurate self-portrait is somewhere in my gallery.
Panel 4: I do have a hoodie and choker, and when I use some hair spray, my hair would look somewhat like that.
Panel 10: It sounds a little darker than intended.

Somehow can't imagine this as anything other than an anime comedy situation. With actual physical transformations. And the parents just nonchalantly asking if you're going to eat your dinner before you declare the planet's lack of need for you.
Must be nice being a pony. At least beats being a non-person.
Also strongly reminded me of K-PAX for some reason.

Would've made for an interesting scene. Still, can't blame you for skipping that part altogether, knowing how much of a pain it is for some artists to draw humans. Regardless, I like the way you illustrated this comic.

She looks the prettiest on panel six. Oh how nice it would be go away. It's like sleeping, only never waking up again and staying on one continuous dream. And the things and people left behind? They can do perfectly well by themselves. I mean, actually how big of an effect this change would make them anyway? A lot of things can be done alone, events may be turned by oneself. But to leave with or to be taken away with someone whose mere company is so much delightful would be a far more inviting option. It would be very very nice. U..U,

Thankies ^_^ I tried to draw it as fast as I could, since it's the second time I drew my human self properly (the first time I drew my father was when I was 8 or 9, I think!) I probably messed that up, but panel 4 would have looked better...
Oh oh oh did you notice that now Cosmia has more eyelashes? I thought it looks fancy so I added that!
Considering that in stories (like Matrix, or Inception), the dream is usually something you should wake up from, I like to say that "This human world is a bad dream, and one day Princess Celestia would wake me up."

Yeah.. Human anatomy is much less tricky than FiM-inspired ponies. I suppose that's why artist turning into bronies were normally inclined to draw ponies more.... I think I deserve this icon for what I just typed:
Ah, the eyelashes, yes! That must be it! It's a bit dumb but I just follow some tug when I judge something. Like when something makes my mind 'flash error signs' or a smiley face is up when something is wrong or right even if I don't get what it is. 
Anyways, I noticed the extra eyelashes later. It does really make you look better, I must say! I trust you'll keep this detail in your future posts.
Ooh, it's the other way around.. Celestia should wake me up too. :C

Hm... I wouldn't say it's very noticeable, but I've seen your Cosmias before, adding Artline beside her in this, she does have a more feminine aura to now.... What? Eye shadow? *looks closer* Ooooh Mia's learning how to look more fabulous now, eh, eh? Eye shadows normally has it's certain virtual effects, if you want that touch up on you. Just keep checking out if the look feels right.

Is that comic supposed to relate that a similar scene that happend in your life ? Do you need to talk to somebody ?
I think this comic looks nice and is really deep on how people may care or react to someone with uncertain thoughts. Very good job. I'll Watch you for sure.

It's a simulation of what would happen if I explain myself properly on gender identity. I imagine it would be so unexpected to them that it would totally confuse them, and that's not a good thing. So when my father did press me about my gender/sexual identity, I would only reply "I like girls" and left out the rest.
I might talk about it with some therapist eventually. Just how eventual... I don't know.
In Equestria, I am Cosmia (the blue pony) living with Pinkamena. On earth... at least I have a Pinkamena plushie as a substitute.

Well, that's deep. Our world is often afraid of what confuse them, or what they don't understand, however, i do not see the point to tell it to a therapist, do you see therpait on a regular basis, or do you want them to give you a reaction for your replies ?
Also, i think i'm going to like your art a lot if you put such deep efforts into them like this.

Well, I do have plans for some elective surgeries (not a full-scale sex change though, that'd be an overkill), so I expect possible talks with therapist.

Surgeries ? I guess you are right, a change to the body might overwhelm the mind.
Seems like you are not too happy with your current body then... but that's your choice.
I insist that if your therapist doesn't give you enough satisfaction and peace in your mind, i would gladly listen to your problems.
Also, yes, since such numerous pictures comes on derpybooru, people tend to quickly split what they like and dislike, and they don't bother to give thoughtsfull replies... unless it's about yelling at each other, then, it's on.
