Often gives others rides on his ship during times where he's not pirating .... really jolly fellow.

Intimidate lowers the opponent's Attack stat by one stage upon entering the battle.
Stephen may appear friendly but alas, his smile and gaze are all very... intimidating... even when he doesn't mean to be.

Nature: Jolly

Move set:

Protect
It enables the user to evade all attacks. Its chance of failing rises if it is used in succession.
He's grown quite attached to all the relationships he was able to make and his dear two close friends Zenny and Ricki, he won't hesitate to dive in and protect the two and would rather be on the defensive in fights where his friends are near now... that is... unless you anger him.

Outrage
The user rampages and attacks two to three times. While the user is using Outrage, it cannot use any other attacks. The user is temporarily immobolized.
Although Jolly in demeanor... Stephen is a Salamence and thus prone to most of his aggressive behavior. Once you get him agitated he won't hesitate to 'release his rage' //shot for using b/w2 commercial reference and lash out at the opponent aggressively. At the end of it all however, he'll revert back to his jolly self only more confused and slightly drunk seeming, making it hard for him to continue on with the battle.

Ricki:
His younger brother, a very obnoxious Bagon who's always itching to fly and pester his brother about his preference of the sea rather than flying now. He's quite supportive over his brother's dream to fly and encourages him since no one has done that for him other than his parents. He sees himself as a father-like figure to his brother though ultimately he's just an older brother, so he doesn't baby the kid more than what a normal older brother would.

Zendra:
Childhood friend of the brothers, whenever Stephen finds something he doesn't know the use of he brings it to this gadget geek Flygon. She refers to him as 'Stevie'

Richard
He's the family healer, and grew up with Stephen. Maybe people find them to be similar in personality because of this. They are a formidable duo. Richard was the one who healed the wound on his forehead the night of his rampage.

History:

Born to a middle-class family in the Crag area and growing up with little of a 'father' figure in his childhood, Stephen was a headstrong and brass Bagon, always causing trouble within the area. He didn't get along with the other young pokemon that lived nearby and often caused problems for his family, picking fights left right center and eventually evolving into a Shelgon with little to no effort due to the amount of fights he picked. Talk about a problem child. Around this time he encountered an unusual colored and cheeky Vibrava who apparently lived near his family's residence. Much to Stephen's dislike, the strange Vibrava didn't back off so easily to his glares and threats, thus letting her be, thinking she'd get tired or bored and leave him alone eventually. Ironic that this never happens and he's been stuck with her til the present day. After some time, Stephen did eventually warm up to the younger kid and liked to think of the Vibrava as some sort of a 'minion' or 'disciple', thus him often coming home to tell her of his numerous encounters and battles that he'd won. He thought since she seemed to be different compared to all the others of her kind she must be of some 'cool status' to keep her around. More like the guy didn't have any friends to begin with so having someone to tell his tall tales to other than his parents and family was nice for a change. He grew attached, and eventually she became someone he considered as a companion of ...slightly similar status... Him being the one with more of course.

Like most Bagon and Shelgon, Stephen did share similar wishes and desires to roam and fly in the sky like the flying types, still, the amount of problems he caused others increased even as a shelgon and it became apparent that no one other than Zenny would help him try to soar the skies and cause more havok. Awhile later his younger brother was added into the picture and the annoying little bagon clung onto the poor guy from day one. A few weeks after his brother's birth, Stephen evolved into a Salamence finally, in front of both his friends and his dying father.

After finally evolving and gaining his 'wings', or in otherwords, ability to fly, Stephen was quite proud of himself, boasting and picking fights with previous adversaries he wasn't able to overcome before. This way of life carried on for a few years when finally the battle where he received his everlasting 'battle scar' came when he picked a fight with a certain other Salamence, losing in a fit of rage he lashed at the other salamence, who then rammed his head repeatedly into a jagged cliff, causing the scar on his forehead.

A few years later the scar never did completely heal, and stephen grew out his hair and styled it to cover up the scar. It was around this time where he figured that people living a happy life style seemed to enjoy themselves in a less harmful way than the life he led. He also figured this would be better for his younger brother since it will be hard for his mother to deal with another obnoxious son. Thus, Stephen changed his ways and moved from his home in crag to the cove area, upon returning a couple years later to visit his mother and brother he became the 'jolly' fellow he is now. However, the guy was a delinquent at heart and couldn't help but steal things even while residing at the cove, he became attached to a certain yacht, threw its owner off board and took it as his own. The where abouts of the owner never came to surface and whether they made it out alive or not Stephen couldn't tell, nor did he like discussing the original owners of his items. After some long while he became a pirate using the very yacht he stole, giving it the name The Crestallia. Of course, he had promised to change his ways, and being a pirate was problematic whenever his brother came to play in the cove area on unexpected visits, thussss he took up a job at the port, giving people rides on his ship and ferrying people around for a fee.
