All things considered, what he showed her could of been much worse. Like I'm talking what's left of a zebra carcass after a group of lions bad. (Obviously you probably didn't want to draw something that gruesome XD)
If anything, the eating of the ear suggests he took some form of sadistic (possibly sexual) pleasure in going for certain parts of their body. I can think of a certain bunny whose ears would be infinitely more attractive based on how big they are. *shudders*
