I didn't know what to do with him at first, but then I thought Rave so...rave.. colours, and partying I guess...yeah :'D

oooh it's all photoshop cs5 c:
I just used the texturizer and some colour effects, but the rest is just the brushes and the drawings really xD
I use overlay a lot for the rave-y colours c:
