Basically the girl (Penny) pretends to like the guy (Adrian) to make the guy she truly likes jealous. She makes up tons of excuses to hug Adrian, talk to him, be near him.. so in short words she's quite a flirt.. but he's aware of whats truly happening honestly

Wow, I really like this! Great concept and great drawing - it almost seems like a "traditional" piece (which is good, since I normally/mostly don't really like digital art).
You did a great job with the colors and the whole setting reminds me of a "street photography"-shot: surprising, spontaneous, alive and emotional.
