he does doctor stuff, he saves people,
but yknow he also does some nasty shit like throwing acids over disembodied eyeballs to see what it does-

I guessed the skeleton thing because that's how the medic from TF2 lost his ML. I believe the jar of eyes comes from "donors" and morgues.
