-sigh- My titles are so original.But it is what it is, right?
Elbert, the marques of Phera, his wife Eleanora and their son, Eliwood. All three are from the Fire Emblem game Blazing Sword (aka Fire Emblem or Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken).
I wanted to do picture of them for along time. I think I got to the idea when I was working on that Heath and Priscilla picture.... But I didn't start on it because I didn't know how to do it... and with what.. *thinks*
Anyhow, here it is. Eliwood's about 8 or something? I find it so hard to paste ages on children. @_@
Eliwood's outfit is based on Roy's in one of the pictures near the end of the game.
For Eleanora and Elbert I used in-game screenshots, for her I only had the head-shot, for him I used story-sequences and the headshot. Meh, there's so little material of those two available. D=
I appologise for the lightness of this picture. Again, blame it on the scanner. No background but the carpet. I like it that way. Meh.... Hope you do as well.

Elbert looks... bored. Bored and perhaps annoyed. He was always depicted as an incredibly warm and kind man, I don't think his face portrays it. Everyone else is spot on, but Lord Elbert's face bugs me a bit. Perhaps a small smile? Or warmer eyes?

I wanted to for content and caring, but apparently that got lost while inking. I hope that nowadays I'm a bit better in drawing expressions that portray what I want them to portray.
Editing traditionally drawn pictures like this is not easy, though... so I probably won't go back to it (it's been 4 years, so yeh).

yes, classic fe characters inspired other fe characters. I learned Kurthnaga oringinated from two FE characters, Kurth and Naga.

yes, kurthnaga looks like girl during the 3d sequences. [link] I don't know why, he never uses a knife but, has one in his official artwork [link] I can see why he never uses it in the games, he hates war and blood. Sothe uses his knife all the time. Ok, probably the only time Kurthnaga uses it is for survival. I think he's so-so to me I don't like him. Ugg, Almedha's ugly, is it her clothes or she's just fat.

Aww, I really like it, Kippy! <3 I don't know why you said there were too many blues and purples and reds, I think it has a nice hue about it~~
Firstly, for constructive criticism!
The first thing I noticed was that Elbert's too short! If you look at his torso, and then where his knee bends, the thigh is too short. You would either need to foreshorten it more, or bring it out around Roy's body more~ The same goes for Eleanora. Her thighs are much too short compared to her torso. You should either bring her legs out more, or make her torso a bit shorter~
However! Everything else looks just fine! <3 I like the fact that there is no other background, because it gives more focus to the family. I like the figurines that Roy's playing with, and I surely love all of the emotion on their faces. <3 You can really tell what each is thinking, and I think that's a wonderful part of this picture~~

I totally didn't realize that I was writing "Roy" the whole time! xDD I guess it really does show that baby!Roy and baby!Eliwood look exactly the same o3o;;;

They do look alike, but Roy's hair is more "wild". XD
I based Eli's hair on Adult!Eli... not on Baby!Roy. But, it shows that they're family, and very closely related.

I'm happy to read critical comments since they help me improving. I litterally beg for them.. because I get them too few..
It's hard to nearly impossible to change a finished work, certainly when it's traditional, but I still like to get them for future use.
