When I saw the image, I actually saw a scene to go with it.

Anna noticed a pastry platter. For some reason, the ballroom wasn't cleaned after Elsa's coronation ball, leaving the desserts out for grabs. Realizing how hungry she was after her 2-day trek into the mountains, without bringing any food aside from Sven's carrots, Anna began to eat with gusto.
Then she realized where the platter, and herself, were. The table was next to a window, leading to the courtyard. Spotting several citizens, including Kristoff, Anna grew self-conscious. Quickly putting her fan up to hide her face, then, after a moment, grabbing one last pastry, she slid along the wall, getting out of the window's view. As soon as she she was in the clear, she began to stuff her face again.
Unfortunately, Elsa decided to enter the room at that moment. Due to the location of the door, Anna was both the first thing she saw and seen clearly. However, the door was already open, left that way by Anna in her haste to fill her stomach. So Anna had no oral warning, and barely noticed Elsa out of the corner of her eye.
