No, it's just the jpg files. The file would be too large and the PSDs would be of no use to most people.
If you would like to have the PDS of a particular one, I could make it available for download though

I use a Wacon Cintiq WX 12 tablet for drawing digitally - paper and a ballpoint pen for regular drawing. The programs that I use are Photoshop and Paint Tool SAI.
