firstly? wikipedia can explain steampunk way better than i can, so i recommend you go there and look it up.
secondly, if Lina was my OC, i'd be some years older, quite extremely rich, japanese, and the creator of the entire Slayers and Lost Universe franchises. seeing as i'm none of these things, living out of my pocket in an apartment in LA, the answer to your question is No, Lina is not my OC.
