First set of characters for a dumb Touhou x Dangan Ronpa crossover called Touhou Danganronpa: Gensokyo Girls' Academy!

Maribel Hearn: Penultimate Paranormal Researcher
The protagonist. She’s actually just a Reserve Course student, but her name and work are just prolific enough to earn her the unofficial “Penultimate” nickname. She looks up to the Ultimates, and feels really overwhelmed when she’s around them. Her overactive imagination only makes it harder for her to interact with her idols.
Maribel was just snooping around the school with her best friend Renko, looking for some paranormal activity, when suddenly she finds herself locked inside the school with 16 Ultimates, and Renko gone without a trace. It seems the Mastermind didn’t expect her to be there, but it’s not like her presence changes anything - so, she just got put in the killing game like everyone else. The more the merrier! (I’m going to regret having to draw 18 characters, though.)
Youmu Konpaku: Ultimate Gardener
The Konpakus are a line of specially-trained gardeners bred to maintain world-class gardens. Youmu’s living up to the family name, but she’s incredibly overworked. She doesn’t really have any friends besides her dog, and is extremely insecure in any setting outside of business and procedure.
Alice Margatroid: Ultimate Puppeteer
To be blunt, she gives Maribel the creeps.
While she’s stone-faced and quiet, her puppet characters are incredibly lifelike, and she’s single-handedly revived puppetry as a popular form of entertainment.
Tends to communicate through her brash and outspoken ventriloquist puppet, Shanghai.
