The PMW, or Personal Magnetic Weapon, 3 is - as described - magnetic personal defense weapon. Manufactured by Sartech armories, the weapon is available only to those possessing "white list" licenses or part of military/official paramilitary organizations. The weapon features 33- and 53-round magazines of 3mm flechette rounds, which it fires in either semi-auto or three-round-burst modes, the latter at a rate of 2000 RPM. The battery pack is intuitively located where the slide of a conventional sidearm would be, and a weapon-specific rail extender is available to increase muzzle velocity and stopping power.
