Azure is a ball of joy really, often youthful and excitable. For a newborn, the world is too vast to stay still. They're often tussling around with her parents of playing with her sibling, aiming to extinguish all the energy in that tiny body. Though they're active in such way, she knows when it's time to stop and listen. She is aware of the difference between work and play, and does her best to draw a fine line between the two. She wants to live up to her amazing parents and so she listens closely and carefully to learn from them

Finding the path best suited, adapting and mastering is something her mother learned growing up, and Azure is picking up on it quite well. They are always looking for better ways to solve a problem or to have fun. Conventional has no place in her vocabulary. If there is a better way, she'll take it. Or even a fun way. One has to stay on their paws if they want to stand strong.

Despite her constant bouncing off the walls and sunny demeanor, Azure is not that social. Almost like a switch, when she encounters someone she has yet to meet or does not know well, she tends to shut down, fall quietly into the background or any shadow they can find. She doesn't enjoy being the center of anyone's attention and would rather hide away than have to stand in front of others. Which often leads her to never speaking up, keeping quiet on her thoughts and ideas and simply following the leader. If something does not work as she intended or if she is hit with any criticism, she begins to sulk and deflate. Hopefully, it is something she will grow out of with age and experience. Though, their slight obsession with things that shiny may or may not be something she can overcome.
Bio:
Azure was born to Azriel and Mona, two great members of Team Rocket. Almost as soon as the young Shinx learned to walk, they were all over their parents, crawling, kneading, adoring all the affection that came with being their child. Their stories they told were fascinating, their journeys, though different at first, were admirable and cool. Azure wanted to be just like her parents. Though, discovering her wings, she realized that there would be a large obstacle to face. Flying is something Azure is too scared to do, despite how amazing her mother appears while doing it. It is a major setback in her goal to make her parents proud, but she won't let them find out. Secretly sneaking out of the nursery, Azure finds herself training constantly, working harder, getting over her fear of her own wings, aiming to see the gleam of pride in her mother's eyes when she finally take to the skies. Though Azure have little care for Rocket Hideout itself, it's where family is. And there is no where else they would rather be.

Baby-Doll Eyes The user stares at the target with its baby-doll eyes, which lowers its Attack stat. This move always goes first.
Discharge A flare of electricity is loosed to strike the area around the user. It may also cause paralysis.
Night Slash The user slashes the target the instant an opportunity arises. Critical hits land more easily.
Charge The user boosts the power of the Electric move it uses on the next turn. It also raises the user's Sp. Def stat.
