The Kimono reminds me of the Kimono Sakura Kinomoto wore in Card Captor Sakura in episode "Sakura, Yukito, and the Vanishing Power", in season 3.

I think it's the coat's fault that Reizo looks weird. Otherwise he looks like his normal, =.= self. (Sorta like F3 on maplestory but less condescending, more bleh)
