When i got my new cat fixed and I was waiting for her to be ready to pick up someone else's dog was walking out looking at its front legs with a " holy shit I have legs" look in its eyes

My dad told me when he picked up my cat from being fixed, there was a cat in the pickup area that was laying down with a cone XD. He said it was sitting there purring with a blank stare... I think that cat was given something...as the numbing medicine that wasn't numbing medicine...If you get what I'm saying...
