Was it particularly cloudy that day? Or are the contrast/brightness just tweaked after a bit? Where art thou? haha. I quite like the slightly weighted feel this photogragh has because of the atmosphere, (hence the question about the sky that day). But I think also, that the high-contrast/low-brightness works well with the piece. I don't know if it was on purpose either, but your incorporation of horizon lines was a good choice too. A sublte way to use the structure around you as your perspective focal points. It works well in this shot. ^_^ Tis good to have you back, and back with visual stimuli as well.

As I walked past that that alley, the sky became very overcast and cloudy, but the poor quality of the camera helped to make it more atmospheric I think! Thankyou x
