well I AM A HUGE FAN OF penelope...i find her face features r unique...
i wanted to vector her...
BTW this vector took only 2 days!...I MADE HISTORY!!!! 1st fast vector of me ever! looooooooool
hahahahaha...and i actully love the result
but still donno how to work on the hair...i wanna make it look real! aaah!
any ways...u know the rules dont ya!

I think the hair should be left as it it - it's a gorgeous stark contrast between the hair & dress compared to the softness of the skin.

The hair could even go as dark as the dress too.
