His name is Fetusaur, he's an adorable little video game enemy who wants to be a hero instead of attack the player. He is from the awesome "The Faster The Treadmill " music video. The animation is by Barf Question and the music is by I Fight Dragons . Watch it, it's awesome.

I have a habit of obsessing over things I like to the point of watching them over and over again. In this case I've already gone and bought the album on iTunes.
