Description This took me over three hours and it is really small - something between A5 and A4. I like Davy Jones very much... he is cool, cruel... But I wouldnΒ΄t want to meet him... and his long sausages
And yes, he has really big eyes here... I want to try how he would look

Davy Jones character Β© Disney
I do not own him

By the heavens, what a fantastic piece, written in perfection. Excellent shading, a very fine selection of motive as Davy Jones fits with the dank nature of the picture and you gave him a great perspective, nothing less than a true masterpiece.

There are many pieces to view around my jurisdiction, but few are particularly appriciated. However, this steps over the ordinary boundries.

Sometimes I begin to wonder if your hand of creation if guided by greater powers. If that may be true, then I know that the gods favours you as I do, my dear.

wow! i thought there was a lot more than that used. I used to do some pencil drawings (realism) a while back, and always ended up using so many different grades to try and get the right lighting. Have you any tips to help me at all? i really do love your style, please do more work like this is the future

thank you! i want to have more grades of pencils but in this town is just two small stationeries where they have just two kinds of pencil so i have very primitive tools and tips - i cut my rubber into small triangles, and itΒ΄s really great if you want to do some lights in eyes or on a face, and i always start with left eye, right eye, then nose, mouth... i think itΒ΄s better than starting with sketch of shape of the face and then composition of the parts. and if i want very dark shading, i do one layer, then use the tissue, another layer, tissue... the number of the layers depends on how much dark shading you want... i hope these primitive tips will be useful, but i am afraind i am not good at giving advices
