Description
Becoming more active in communities again after some long absences. Submitting some older and sketch stuff until then. Major update coming shortly. This was an older sketch that I pushed just a little bit. Not very dynamic, but has some old flavor I've lost in my work over the last few years.krhart.com

Mechanical detailing is great. The barrel of that machine makes it look very elegant and enigmatic if a little deadly! Makes for a really nice atmosphere given the title and very serene looking figure. If you have a backlog, the more the better - seeing your art is always a pleasure.

Thanks. I've always enjoyed drawing machinery. I just personally think I could use a bit more knowledge in creating more believable or functional design, not just visual. Its something I'm currently working on.

I understand what you mean. I've taken an interest lately in robots and I find it easier to make up a random robot form than to make it realistic. I'm not sure how to learn about machines though, so I'm just kinda floating around. I know there are ball joints and metal and things... I need more knowledge though!
