Character reference sheet commission for I... honestly didn't anticipate how long this would take me
The lineart itself was fine, so was the coloring; the headpiece gave me a bit of difficulty, since tech isn't my strong suit. I did enjoy trying to give the blue parts the glassy look (I hope it's obvious, though ) What took a while, though, were the weapon details (I used a reference for that gun), and then working out how to 'attach' them to the character. Again, fun challenges all around for me
Although I think I'll be increasing the price of reference sheets, given the effort that goes into them Note: Only the person who commissioned this may use and re-post as they wish. For all others, the Creative Commons license still stands.

It was fun to work with, trying to imagine what was under the guy's headpiece (what color eyes, how his bangs look, etc.) - plus looking for gun ref that I could use, and then drawing it at different angles OTL I prefer the gun-shaped launchers from Beyblade; somehow they don't have as many details XD; and yes - conquered challenges whoo~!

Usually, when I design someone, I know what their hair looks like before the hat or any other headpiece gets put on (like Maya, Makoto, and Mizuki - lol all names starting with 'M' 
Less details on Beyblade gun-launchers = easier to draw
Hnnnnggg he said something about peeps only secularizing holidays centered around indulgence - which caught my attention first - and then he mentioned Lent as an example of non-secular holiday. I... kinda forgot Lent lasts more than a month *everywhere* and not just where I'm from, when I commented on that tweet OTL way to make a first impression
