Sooo purrrrty! You really only use colored pencils? What brand, they must be super oily to get this sort of vibrancy. Uuuuuugh, I would give my left arm to be able to draw feathers! How do you learn D,:

Just a lot of practice, feathers were such a pain in the butt! But I just kept trying, that's really the best advice I can give. I also have a tutorial (I think it's in my scraps?) on my technique

So yeah, please don't hurry and apologize. Everyone has his/her own pace of working and sometimes there is just no time or no inspiration for art. We all know this I think ^^ So just take your time and it will turn out wonderful, like this
