This is beautiful! The design is very cute and clean. I tried to see what you could improve but there is not much I could find because the linework is so clean, and the colours work really good together. Mabye you could there is one thing you could experiment with that doesn't destroy the design too much, and that is adding some lineweight to the drawing. This will add more depth to your drawing and therefore be more appealing to the eye. Upon a closer inspection, I would probably give the torso a little darker colour, because right now the shirt draws too much attention from her face.
