What is the effect on this picture that makes the coloring seem slightly surreal?
Can you tell me what that is called?
Is it a photo shopped effect or a lens of some sort?
Are you able to use that effect on film, like in a movie?

I don't really know if you can add this effect in a movie, cause im not a film maker. It is photoshopped, and its the result of me playing with the colors a little, I tried to give the picture a vintage feel.
