I can't believe this site still exists... [link] but unfortunately it's been dead for quite a while. And some of the artworks in that site I believe was drawn by this fellow here: .This comic was inspired from their works. Apparently, the creator of Hey Arnold, Craig Bartlett wanted to make a spinoff with teen Helga as the main character since Arnold has left to live with his parents in San Lorenzo. But it didn't go through, and we're stuck with Spongebob marathons over and over again. It'd sure be awesome if they made it, though.
Anyway, this is my first Hey Arnold comic and I'm practicing drawing the female body. Needs more practice, though. I'm also bad at writing meaningful letters. w00t.

The letter was fine. The font was a little hard on the eyes, but the actual content was actually, quite appropriately, touching.

Fan speculation only. Allegedly, one fan received a reply from the HA! creator that after Arnold got reunited with his parents, he moved with them to that country in "The Journal" episode.

For one, the feminine form of Helga here is delightfully splendid, so very well done; I know for a fact that, if you do continue to practice, it will only get comelier by the stroke.
Also, I think that you wrote the letter very well. The handwritten style gives it more meaning in its sentiments.
Overall, a splendid page is what you've shared with us here. Thank you so much for that.

Heh, thanks. The letter by far was the most difficult thing to do. It was hard to write one with substance while trying to stay perfectly in character. My other concerns were spellings and grammar structure, since, well, English isn't my native language. But hey, since you understand what I (uh, Arnold) was trying to say, that's good enough for me!

Heheh, as often as I've read the works of others, both online and offline, I've seen many writing styles and handwriting. It was easy for me to read and, from what I've seen, you caught the feel very well.

Helga disses and hisses her sis, but ended up cutting her hair pretty much like her - and the pink hairband looks pretty much like Olga's one( that is black, though )... Oh well, well, well... ^^)
