“Poor little light moth, guessing a crush went south. That’s the only time I see bugs like this~” Love Lock spoke as he poked at Sinclair’s fluffy antenna. “Must be pretty lonely to talk to...whatever these things are.” He added pointing to one of the seeds before sitting next to him his coat tails had a broken chain attached to them.

"Lightseed.." Sinclair replied, keeping his gaze at the smaller bug that was standing calmly at one of his palms. "Well, that's what the so-called Hunter would address these things in his journal. They make good listeners though." He slightly turned his head to where Love Lock sat, at least with his own visible eye, giving a moment to look at the broken chain before looking back at him. "And it's not like I can stop her from choosing her own partner. It's her decision, not mine."

“That’s the spirit~ no use being sad over a lost love, happens to all of use at some point~” The tall bug spoke as he puts a hand on Sinclair and added looking to the light seed. “Besides count this as... experience, making yourself better for the next crush to be better~” that’s when yelling was heard and Lock Lock stood up and sighed in a dramatic fashion but his tone sounded mockingly. “Oh no whatever shall I do~ welp seems that’s my cue to leave~” he looks to Sinclair and winked to him “Until next time darling!~” and with a push of his legs he leapt into a nearby tunnel and sped off.

Sinclair shivered abit just by the slightest touch, not that he was afraid, he was not used to much physical contact. Still, he nodded from the taller bug's advice. "Well.. you're not wrong about that.. I suppose I can just let this all go, and tend to my own personal affairs for now.." He sighed to himself as he heard the noise as well, he looked at Love Lock's direction as he fled, his antennas slightly perked up and he blinks once ".... darling...?", shaking his head, he looks back to where all that commotion was coming from, the Lightseeds huddled closer to him.

Several heavily armored and armed bugs came shield’s at the ready there was at least 4 maybe a 5th that’s was in the back but a more detailed armor bug steps forward strong and proud. “Excuse me, but have you seen a tall but long sleeves has a jacket that has a chain dangling from the back? He’s a wanted bug.” The leader shows Love Lock’s wanted poster giving it to Sinclair.

yep once when he was still sane and in show business. He had a flame but it was swiftly squashed.

Sinclair looks at each and every one of them, soldiered bugs no doubt, not the type to oppose against. 'Quite a serious matter here', he thought. The Lightseeds scurried away from the scene as he slowly got up to his feet, he was the same size as the Hollow Knight. He momentarily stared at the poster, it was the same bug he had encountered before.. but why was he wanted? Better keep a low profile at the moment, might be friend or foe. His expression remained unfazed as he shifted his eye to look at what appears to be the captain of the bugs, judging from his detailed appearance, he'll have to play neutral for now. "I'm afraid not, good sir.. But I am curious.. what felony has he done?"

“The Red Death is what title he earned after the slaughter of his audience and crew, it was in the middle of the show when he lashed out and killed half of the theater’s crew and audience.” The leader spoke as he then said “We were mobilized to track down and capture to put him back in his cell, he is mentally unstable and dangerous to practically anyone. We advise keeping distance at all costs.”

no he understands it sometimes doesn’t work out, what caused his mind to break was a very greedy and cruel bug took a interest in Love Lock...not a good one ether, he would visit the theater to constantly harass him. And not only harass but technically abuse Love Lock mentality and emotionall sometimes getting a bit to handsy as well. And Love Lock tried countless times to que other’s in on the abuse going on but the rich bug paid them to do nothing leaving LL completely defenseless to try and stop it. Finally he just broke under it..and it caused his insanity and more cruel behavior.

Slaughter.. The word rang into his mind like a recollection, a crime one of his 'sisters' committed but he took all the blame to save her and her reputation. 'Surely, there's always a reason to all what has been done.. but my sister...', nearly caught in his own thought he slightly shook his head, bringing himself back to reality. He had stayed quiet for quite a long while.
"The Red Death.. I see..." Sinclair finally spoke, looking at the poster once more, he nodded before looking at the captain again. "... I will keep that in mind.. and I will be on my guard." he replied rather calmly, hoping not to evoke suspicion that he has already met their culprit before.
//aaaaah no wonder. But still.. Poor guy. And that one rich bug that would constantly harass him is a huge jerk. Hope he was one of the bugs Love Lock slaughtered. :c

“Alright thank you sir.” The leader turned to his crew and spoke “Onward! We need to catch up to the criminal!” And with that they started to march forward and into a different tunnel. The area soon became quiet again....until a chuckle rang out from behind Sinclair. “Quite dense aren’t they?~ I swear they are probably the most easiest people to dodge~.” It was Love Lock or nicknamed ‘The Red Death’ he was on a rock sitting down looking at the light moth.

Watching the soldiers retreat until they were completely gone, Sinclair let out a sigh and shrugged. "Surprisingly, yes.. To think they would be so keen.. But I suppose that is nothing less expected from commoner bugs such as them." he scoffed at how easy it is to fool the soldiers and continued, "not even the moth tribe or my sisters would take lightly if one attempts to lie infront of them.." turning his attention to Love Lock, he blinked and looked up at the taller bug. "You were hiding all along?"

“Nope, I merely circled around the tunnel and came back~” Love Lock spoke with a wink before adding “They’ll be going around in circles for a while I switched around some signs~“ Love Lock noticed the poster in Sinclair’s hand and sighed “So you gonna try to turn me in I’m guessing? Have justice served to me?”

theres no way karma is just not gonna be served to a bug like him. He’ll meet his fate by Love’s hand at some point LL doesn’t just simply forget what he’s done. So yea that bug isn’t gonna be the one that get’s away for long.

"Oh.. I see.." he took a moment to imagine the soldiers going around tunnels like a bunch of lost kids, the imagery was rather amusing, and somewhat comical. Just by hearing him say 'Justice', Sinclair visibly frowned, his face doesn't say much but his only good eye squinted in a distasteful manner. "Goodness.. no.." and just by proving that he wouldn't do such a thing, he crumpled the poster in his grasp as it ignited for a short time, turning it into ashes. "I am no justice freak like my 'righteous' sister who languishes in her lofty ideals." his fist remained clenched, even after the poster had turned to ashes. "Justice is a lie.. everyone has truths of their own.."
//At least that prick of a bug is fated to die, no crime should go unpunished in the end. >:c

Love Lock watched the asked fly off in the breeze the tunnels made. He looked to Sinclair intrigued and then seemed to smile under his mask. “Oh how wonderful you see that, how rare but refreshing it is to see a bug with some actual sense for once!~” he spoke with glee in his voice as he stood up to stand next to Sinclair. Love Lock’s tail seemed to wag lightly before saying “In return for not speaking of my location to the idiots, you’ve earned this from me~ use it wisely alright?~” Love Lock took out from his neck fluff a charm that almost resembled a compass and he placed it in the moth’s hand.

"I have seen enough falsehood from how this... justice had done to so many, I've grown weary of it's name, and the misery it brought to so many others." He replied calmly, resisting that his voice might sound rather shaky but luckily, he kept his composure. Sinclair looked rather surprised, he rarely receives anything from helping others, he looked at the charm in his hand, his eye widened abit. "A trinket..? What is it anyway?" he asked, giving it a light poke.

After listening from his information, Sinclair let out a 'hmm' in approval. "Ahh.. So in other words.. They would provide as some sort of allies to back you up..", he nodded as he gingerly held on to the charm. "This.. Could come in handy in my case... Thank you.. " his eye squinted up a bit in what would appear as a 'smile'.
