since long i had the idea of creatin a post-post-apocalyptic world where theoretically everything is possible.therefor im creatin new races and creatures. now this one is a drone from an technologised race of incects.
just the pencils jet but im shure im gonna ink and colour this one l8r. if someone else eels like doin the color-job for me, feel free to use it, otherwise its copyrighted

well ive read a shitload of fantasy books so i like the idea of heroes and magic.
and do u know the pc game fallout?
and theres a book called the might of the mantas or so.
but i dont copy, i try to create!

another source of inspiration might be shadowrun but i only vaguely remember the stories.
i want to create a story that happenes on our planet, only in a vew tenthousands of years. an bio-chemic and atomic warfaire has destroyed humanity and out of the remains new races develop veery quickly throug some mutagene. some worship the ancient human races, others lough at tzhem and some are indifferent. i want to keep it as real as possible tho, just adding a bit of magic and stuff.
this insectoide-race, dont have a name vor them jet, they live as a collective "similar to the borg" from enterprise, cuz thats what insects live like in a big swarm. the highest clerics just discovered individuality and therefor will revolt! *harr*

i just drew with a o.4HB ink fineliner over the pencils, rubbered them out and retraced the inked lines addin some thickness. thats it not a big deal actually

i had some weird post appoco, world dream
its like these weird mind alterin insects that crawled in friends brain was infectin the weerld and the minds were bein turned into brain food to feed these insect-droid
creatures.
I like that idea
i love insects
except the yukky ones but ants and beetles and athropods are amazing,and the green beetles already have that robotic design

ive had the idea for a long time already! but now i think i can slowly start to create the creatures and theyr characters and behaviour. i have the feelin im just about to reach a new level drawing-wise. well hope so!

i was thinkin it should have a human-like face. cuz in my concept they worship the ancient human races for bein the first on the planet to have discovered technology.
first ill do a front-view and then an action view. l8r then inkin and prbably colors. i would love to see it colored by some professional CG then.. but dunno if im worthy yet

yeah thats sweet man..you know what i thought of...graffiti people lol...ok heres how it goes....its a peice that looks like a person like a robot or cyborg or some shit like that...i think it would look cool but im not good enough yet to draw something that complicated...maybe youll give it a try?

ive always wanted to combine graffity with comic-art to create somethin very new and your idea is defently a great one! but kinda hard to to considering that character has to be able to moove too. guess that would be something for a 3d-graffmaster to try. i dont think id be able to make it look good enough
