Personality: Was once shy and timid overall, but her time in Engineering had toughened her up over time, to the point of gradually becoming a tomboy. Though still retaining her shyness on occasions, this is mostly when meeting new people. She's much more confident these days, especially when it comes to making friends and doing her job well. Actually, her time in the far distant future has gradually toughened her up even moreso. She still likes cute animals, though.
Background: After a time traveling one way trip into the distant future - from 2257, to 3189 - and a 3 week retrofit of the U.S.S. Discovery; M'Fala really felt she was fitting well into that ship's crew, in her old friend M'Laa's absence - whom herself chose to remain onboard the Enterprise in 2257 - working under Chief Engineer Jett Reno. Still, she often looks to some pre-recorded holographic instructions left for her by M'Laa, for whenever she could really use some helpful pointers, from one Caitian to another. She'd certainly need them, especially when it comes to helping to fix the implications of the Dilithium Burn of 3064, and combatting a killer anomaly that threatens the entire Federation. Than goodness she's also got her boyfriend Millehira to help her deal with such stresses as well.

Here's my updated version of the Caitian M'Fala, depicted in her new futuristic Starfleed uniform, from the 32nd Century. Now, hopefully she's far more interesting to others on this site (my good friend 212th-Trooper included, who too likes Caitians as much as I do). ^.^

Also, for the record, I still have yet to catch up with the entirety of ST Discovery Season 3 on Netflix. Heck, I still have yet to find the time to carry on with Season 2 as well so far (last one I watched was Episode 6 at this point). Mostly, I'm working with what I currently know for the time being.
