Just because you're not from a certain country doesn't mean you can't wear their flag in support. I'm American and I have a shirt similar to that but with a Union Jack on it. And a hoodie with the Japanese flag on it.
If anything my friend it's good for people from other countries to wear the flags of different countries. It shows respect and support
