After a hard fight retaking the Alarei and extended period of blood loss and overdose of pain medication, Shepard takes the stand as Tali's councilor. Seriously, I can understand getting rid of the health bar was to immerse the player into the game, but it seems really unrealistic that you can bleed more than ten gallons in a fire fight and still stay on both feet. But yes, there should be a sweetie clause because Tali is the sweetest of them all. And she has a shotgun.

And yes, headbutting krogans aside, Paragons are much more badass than renegades.
Renegades just punch the reporter - boring. Paragons can recite the name of every damn ship the Alliance lost to shut her up.

Yeah, I love the paragon answer. Punching someone just feels like you're losing the argument. Shutting her up by reciting the names of the fallen really stops her in her tracks. Mostly, renegades just seem to be jerks. Paragons are badass.
I liked the krogan headbutt mostly because Grunt thinks I'm his mummy-krogan. I was showing him how to be a proper krogan.
When he passes his test and he's allowed to choose a battle-master to be his mentor, he roars: 'Shepard is my battle-master! There is nobody like her!' I was so proud!

The Admiralty Board never knew what hit them when I got past that part.
Although honestly the high Paragon choice in that trial came off as, "You're out of order! The Admiralty is out of order! THIS WHOLE COURT IS OUT OF ORDER!"

The only way the Renegade choice could have topped that, was to have Shepard scream, "I'M THE JUGGERNAUT, BITCH!"
