It was my bestest buddy's birthday a couple weeks ago! And mine just 6 days after, we're 10 years apart and I just turned 23, you can do the math. She once had a bunch of us over to drink yerba mate, a traditional hot drink for health and friendship, basically a strong tea kept in a gourd and drunk communally through a straining straw. The first batch was soooooooooooooooo bitter, and reminded me kind of like... drinking from a leaf clogged drain pipe, ahaha, eeeew. But yeah, I never really got accustomed to it.Related content
