I realized while putting this together that one sketchbook can hold a LOT of little individual drawings. I like how a lot of them turned out, but this was quite a project to put together. There are some drawings from life here, some generic original people, the occasional movie-inspired fellows, as well as more than a couple self-portraits.

oh gosh, that is most definitely one of my most favorite movies! and it's not too often that I find another LDS person who is fond of it!! hahaha

Ha ha, yes, it's a little... rough in parts (like much of the first 20 minutes or so), but the artistry and the music is so awesome! But I actually know quite a few LDS people who really like it, including (luckily!) my wife, ha.

We watch it once a year at least. In fact, we're probably due to watch it again sometime soon...

hahaha, sweet. i watched it the other day actually when we got a nice new tv and sound system sadly, the music doesn't have any prominent 5.1 audio

No time like the present to start/continue.

Do you have any tips for sketching? How I should hold my pencil? how fast I should do them? anything like that?

Hold it in your hand! Ha ha, but seriously, there's no specific trick like that, but I would recommend doing really fast gesture drawings for greater flow and movement. Try 30-second drawings trying to get the whole motion of the pose without focusing on details.
