Ha ha, yes, it's a little... rough in parts (like much of the first 20 minutes or so), but the artistry and the music is so awesome! But I actually know quite a few LDS people who really like it, including (luckily!) my wife, ha.

Do you have any tips for sketching? How I should hold my pencil? how fast I should do them? anything like that?

Hold it in your hand! Ha ha, but seriously, there's no specific trick like that, but I would recommend doing really fast gesture drawings for greater flow and movement. Try 30-second drawings trying to get the whole motion of the pose without focusing on details.
