Reminds me a lot of a character from Brathalla (webcomic). A LOT. Because of the wandering eyes (he's blind) and because of the greyscale-but-mostly-black colouring (he's the god of darkness). Also, he's a kid, so cuteness applies too.
...uuunless the artist actually based him on this guy. Probably a coincidence, but iunno.

The comic is really good, btw. It's based on Norse Mythology, but... it's... okay I have no idea how to describe it. Let's just say "it's different".
Also, I'd say it's hard to associate Yume Nikki with anything, really! I mean, I know it's probably meant to be symbolic of everything but... I sure as hell don't see it!
